Please be very careful to provide a full, complete and accurate shipping address for your package, when making your PayPal payment.

The most common errors are neglecting to provide a company name (so that a shipment cannot be directed to the right company in a large building with many tenants) or neglecting to provide secondary addresses such as suite numbers, apartment numbers or other details required for delivery if more than one person or company is located at a given address. Some customers provide shipping addresses using out-of-date shipping addresses, or are ordering for someone else at a different location and use an incorrect address. If the shipping address is incorrect, your package cannot be delivered and you may incur the cost of a repeat shipment.

Minimum Order is $10.00, not including shipping.

I only accept PayPal for payment.
Our shipping system is tied directly to PayPal, which provides the shipping address for package labeling.

My goal is to pack all orders within 5 days of receipt, but if order volume is high, it may take a little longer. Orders are processed daily, and shipped on weekdays. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted.

Brickarms are very light, and packages are shipped in small padded bubble mailers (for US orders) , or USPS provided packaging for Priority Mail shipments (for US Priority, Express, and International orders).

It is the customer's responsibility to choose a valid shipping option. Shipping options to US addresses are not available to international addresses. If a US shipping option is selected in the shopping cart, but an international address is given with your payment at PayPal, and additional fee may be incurred. Puerto Rico and other US Territories may use Priority Mail if desired, although shipping will be slower that the 2-3 day service on the mainland.

• 1st Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation (2-5 days)
This is the lowest cost way to deliver Brickarms to US addresses. Most customers report being very pleased with 1st Class Mail with tracking.

• Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (2-3 days)
Priority Mail is a service of the US Postal Service. It delivers packages to addresses in the mainland US, Alaska and Hawaii within 2 or 3 days on average. PO Box addresses are acceptable. I think it is overkill, since I've found that 1st Class mail with delivery confirmation provides the same level of service at the same speed. I include it just in case you live in an area where you know Priority Mail is best for you. In most cases it is double the cost of 1st Class Mail.

• Priority Mail International with Delivery Confirmation (7-10 days, usually)
Joint service of US Postal and destination country postal authorities. Average delivery in 8 business days or less to most developed countries, with widely varying delivery times in some countries or in regions away from major cities. Not trackable during transit and not guaranteed. Priority Mail International is a good value for Western Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore and other "first world" countries.

• Express Mail International with Delivery Confirmation (3-5 days, usually)
This is the fastest international shipping we offer. Average delivery in 5 business days or less to most developed countries, with widely varying delivery times in some countries or in regions away from major cities. Fully trackable during transit and not guaranteed.

Service to all countries is estimated, not guaranteed. Although we have found Priority Mail International to be reliable, no one can prevent Customs from delaying a particular shipment. The customer bears all risk and costs of dealing with local Customs authorities.

All shipped items will have tracking numbers.

NOTE: This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at USPS. My local Post Office does not always record the origination event, but they always seem to update the tracking record upon delivery. So, if you go the USPS site to track your package, and it does not seem to be there, this is the reason why. Don't ask me why they do what they do - I have no idea!

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address when ordering via BrickArms.com This email address is used to send the order confirmation and tracking emails shipping notification when the product ships. If you do not receive your order confirmation email, check to make sure you provided a valid email address to PayPal that is free of typographic errors, that is actually working and that your mail system or your ISP's mail system is not filtering out emails from brickarms.com as spam or other unwanted email.

Orders received before noon Pacific Time, excluding holidays or four-day weekend Fridays, will normally be procssed within 7 business days.

Customers bears all risk of loss when for packages shipped. The charge for replacement packages will be the full cost of the items and postage.

International customers agrees to pay all customs charges and taxes. Any parcel sent by Priority Mail International for which such fees are not paid will be abandoned.

All international delivery times are approximate, assuming there is no delay in Customs. If Customs intercepts a package it is not possible to predict how long the package will be delayed.
